Harry Martens

Harry Martens has extensive experience in personnel and organization management, currently serving as Hoofd Personeel en Organisatie at Gemeente Kerkrade since April 2001. Responsibilities include coordinating and leading HRM policy development, handling legal procedures within civil servant law and social security law, providing organizational and pension advice, and conducting communication related to HRM instruments.
