Menno Berkhof

Menno Berkhof has extensive experience in various roles related to infrastructure and emergency services. Currently serving as Wegbeheerder at Gemeente Westerkwartier since January 2022, Menno leads efforts in road management within the team focusing on traffic and transportation. Simultaneously holding the position of Bevelouder Brandweer at Veiligheidsregio Groningen since October 2017, Menno is also involved as a Plotter - GIM (CoPI) in the Haren fire brigade. Previous experience includes managing maintenance processes for Groningen and Friesland at Strukton Rail from September 2014 to December 2021, along with a role in the preparation of work related to infrastructure. Earlier, Menno contributed to outdoor maintenance at Relais & Chateaux Landgoed Hotel Het Roode Koper from October 2009 to September 2014. Menno Berkhof holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Hogeschool Windesheim, completed between 2010 and 2014.
