Carin de Visser

Carin de Visser is an experienced project leader specializing in permits and event management, currently serving as Project Leader for the Dutch Grand Prix Formula 1 Zandvoort at Gemeente Zandvoort since January 2019. In this role, Carin oversees the entire process of obtaining necessary permits and ensuring compliance during the race festival at Circuit Zandvoort. Additionally, Carin functions as the chair of the Event Commission for the municipality, coordinating with various safety partners and committees. With a career at Gemeente Haarlem that spans over a decade, Carin has held multiple leadership positions, including Process Manager for Permits, Supervision & Enforcement, and Project Leader for integrated approaches to crime.
