Jackie Kennedy

Jackie Kennedy is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including mining, finance, and private equity. Currently serving as Group Human Resources Director at Gemfields Plc since August 2015, Jackie has demonstrated expertise in human resources management and organizational development. Prior experience includes founding and directing "We Need To Chat," a global HR consultancy focused on financial services, and holding senior HR roles at CLS Bank International, Actis, Wachovia Bank London, and Lion Capital. Jackie began a career in training with notable positions at Rothschild, Goldman Sachs, and The David Lloyd Group. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies, a Master of Arts in Latin American & Hispanic Literature, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London.
