Alicia Disantis is an accomplished professional in brand strategy, design, and marketing with extensive experience across various industries. As an Adjunct Professor at Mary Baldwin University's School of Business since August 2024, Alicia teaches Market Research and Analytics while also leading 38th & Kip Studio as the Owner and Brand Strategist since June 2010. In addition, Alicia has served as a Brand and Design Strategist at Gemineye since September 2023 and previously held the position of Brand Marketing Manager and Acting Creative Director at Popmenu from March 2022 to August 2023, where Alicia crafted the organization's visual and written identity. Past roles include Brand Manager at Aux, where strategic brand growth and integrated marketing communications were key responsibilities, and Design and Marketing Consultant at Nicopress Products (NTS). Alicia earned a Master of Arts Management from Columbia College Chicago and holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Fine and Studio Arts and Studio Art - New Media from The University of Toledo.
