Shelby LaDue is an experienced professional in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Manager of HR & Administration at The Knowlton Group since May 2016. Prior to this role, Shelby worked as a Recruitment Specialist Intern at UP Education Network, where responsibilities included resume evaluation, candidate interviews, and talent pipeline management. Shelby also gained valuable experience as a Graduate Fellow for the Industrial Organizational Psychology Department at Springfield College and as an Internal Retention Consultant Intern for Behavioral Health Network, Inc., focusing on employee retention and data analysis. Earlier career roles included a Sales Associate position at Beautiful Things Interiors & Gifts and an Administrative Assistant role at Racing City Realty. Shelby holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Springfield College and a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from The College of Saint Rose.
