Richard Zahn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth strategy consulting and executive coaching. As the Owner and Growth Strategy Consultant at RLZ Consulting since 2004, Richard has collaborated with small to mid-sized companies to develop and execute growth strategies. In addition, Richard serves as an Executive Coach and ICEO Peer Advisor at Lee Hecht Harrison, leveraging past leadership roles to enhance organizational performance. Richard holds board positions at AirBorn Inc. and Gemini Coatings, Inc., and previously served on the boards of OrderMatic Corporation and Foundation Healthcare Affiliates, LLC. With a rich background that includes roles as Managing Director at Growth Strategy Partners and as a consultant with Inc.
