Frank Smithson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Frank started their career in 1995 as a Night Manager at Albertsons, where they worked until 2004. Following that, they joined AutoNation as a Finance Manager, holding the position from 2004 to 2008. In 2009, they joined Fuery Solutions as the VP of Sales, where they successfully sold a 5-year contract to Gemini Duplication Inc. for exclusive sales rights of MerusCase. In the same year, they also joined Gemini Duplication Inc. as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Most recently, Frank has been working at Gemini Legal since November 2017 as the Director of Research and Development.
Frank Smithson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Silicon Valley, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in June 2021.

It serves California attorneys that represent injured workers in contested workers' compensation claims.Gemini is a CaliforniaCorporation, owned by Dan Mora, Frank Smithson, and Jeff Pierce. Gemini was started as a sole proprietorship on June 1, 2004 by Dan Mora. The corporate office is in Rocklin, CA, which houses 75% of the employees.
