Justin Castillo

Justin Castillo has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Justin is currently the Director of Engineering at Gemini Legal since May 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Engineering at Fathom.fm starting from December 2021. From June 2018 to May 2020, they were the Director of Engineering at Three29, where they oversaw engineering functions and implemented the EOS system. Before that, they served as the Director of Engineering at Emtrain from May 2015 to June 2018 and also held the role of Senior Developer from March 2012 to May 2015. Justin'sresponsibilities included leading software engineering teams, product management, and developing new products. Justin also worked as a Web Developer at EPIC from January 2008 to March 2012, where they led the development of CaseTrac. Justin started their career as a Web Developer at Leading Resources Inc from June 2005 to January 2008, focusing on building web-based systems. Justin also worked as a Programmer Analyst at iHOUSEweb from June 2003 to June 2005, where they led the development of their flagship product, iHouse.

Justin Castillo earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of California, Davis, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. In February 2016, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance.
