Tony Daugherty

Tony Daugherty has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tony is currently the President of Gemini Legal since 2016. Prior to this, they worked as a Management Consultant and COO at AJC Group from 2013 to 2016, where they provided business and management solutions, focusing on leadership, financial analysis, organizational effectiveness, and improved P&L performance.

From 2007 to 2013, Tony held the position of Vice President of Operations at First Data, where they led operations for the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) and the Government Payment Solution organization. Tony was responsible for web and IVR tax filing and payment solutions, as well as remittance processing for government agency payments.

Before that, Tony served as the Chief Operating & Financial Officer at Bouchard Communications Group in 2006, where they oversaw executive leadership for two separate businesses within the company and led overall P&L, financial reporting, and ERP systems.

Tony also worked as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Pinnacare in 2005, where they provided leadership and direction for executive management and oversaw strategic account management, finance, accounting, and human resources.

Tony started their career at Broadridge in 1994 as the Director of Client Services. Tony established and led the National Account Management, software development, change management, and client support operations for the print and e-commerce statement presentment services. Tony also served as the Customer Conversion Manager, leading the PMO office and a team for the startup of new customers.

In addition to these positions, Tony has worked as an Operations and Leadership Consultant at Meridian Systems, Inc. and held various consulting roles with three different companies, where they focused on ERP software release, business process mapping, and improving operational standards and processes.

Tony Daugherty has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University. Tony also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
