Brett Bray

Brett Bray is currently the Head of Production Quality & Warranty at Gemini Rail Services. Before joining Gemini, Brett worked at Fastenal Europe as the Quality & Engineering Manager for the UK and EMEA. Prior to that, Brett served in various roles within the Royal Navy, including Quality Engineering Manager and Engineering Team Leader. Brett holds a FdEng in Electrical Engineering from the University of Portsmouth and a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Cambridge Management and Leadership School. Brett is also a Chartered Management Institute Level 3 Diploma holder in First Line Management and a Qualification and Credit Framework Level 3 Diploma in Nuclear Engineering Systems.
