Ricky Lee

Ricky Lee is an experienced security professional with a diverse background in security operations and intelligence. Currently serving as the Lead of Security Operations at Gemini since February 2025, Ricky has previously held significant positions including Associate Principal at Boreal Global Solutions and Corporate Security Manager for the Americas at CPP Investments. Ricky's career also includes over a decade at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as a Senior Federal Agent and a foundational role as an Intelligence Operator/Shift Supervisor in the United States Marine Corps. Ricky holds a Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies from American Military University and a High School Diploma from Saint John's High School.
