Scott Ishihara

Scott Ishihara, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior Associate, People Business Partner at Gemini since November 2022, following an MBA internship in People Operations. Prior to this, Scott owned Synarchi LLC from October 2014 to December 2022, where business management and consulting services were provided to small business owners, achieving a significant client-retention rate of 85% over seven years by enhancing organizational effectiveness. Scott also held the position of General Manager at the Hub: Yoga, Breathwork Meditation & Movement Studio from October 2009 to September 2014, where the development of an innovative HR strategy led to an average annual retention rate of 89% and notable revenue growth. Scott earned an MBA in Strategic HR and Organizational Development from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from UCLA.
