Sydney Bowman

Sydney Bowman has a comprehensive background in people solutions and talent operations, currently serving in the People Solutions department at Gemini since December 2024. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Curology from November 2019 to February 2024, progressing from Recruiting Coordinator to Talent Operations & Strategy Associate. Earlier positions held include Recruiting Coordinator at Lyft, Fulbright Scholar with the U.S. Department of State, and Media Intern at Sierra Club. Additionally, Sydney has experience in editorial leadership as the News Section Editor for The Occidental and has contributed to various international organizations such as the United Nations and UNDP. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Diplomacy and World Affairs and Spanish from Occidental College.
