Elizabeth Massey has extensive experience in the early education and childcare industry. Elizabeth began their career in 2004 as a Lead Teacher at Premier Childcare and Learning Center, where they developed lesson plans and implemented developmentally appropriate practices. Elizabeth also served as the Curriculum Coordinator, overseeing 11 teachers and ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.

In 2012, Elizabeth joined Geminus Head Start as a Program Manager, where they supervised program operations until 2016. Elizabeth then transitioned to Geminus as a CCR&R Program Director, responsible for managing the Child Care Resource and Referral programs.

In 2019, Elizabeth became the Family Child Care Director at Geminus, overseeing the operations of family child care programs. Most recently, they were promoted to the role of Child Care Resource and Referral Director, a position they currently hold at Geminus.

Elizabeth Massey attended Purdue University Northwest from 1997 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. In addition to their degree, Elizabeth also holds certification in Infant, Child, and Adult CPR, First Aid, and AED, which they obtained from the American Red Cross in June 2012.
