Gryta Balseryte has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2003 as a Sales Representative at Biuro masinu pasaulis. In 2005, they moved on to become an Account Manager at TV3. Following that, they joined JCDecaux as a Senior Key Account Manager in 2007. In 2010, Gryta became the Director of the Sales Department at Krasto spauda. Gryta then joined Gemius in 2011 as the Country Manager of Lithuania, later becoming the Regional Manager for Lithuania and Latvia in 2014. From 2015 to 2018, they held the role of Regional Manager Baltics at Gemius. Currently, Gryta serves as the Business Development Director, Audience Research Solutions at Gemius, where they are responsible for global sales and business development of their online audience research solution.
Gryta Balseryte pursued their secondary education from 1995 to 1999 at Vilniaus Zveryno gimnazija, where they did not specialize in any particular field of study. After completing their secondary education, they went on to attend Mykolas Romeris University from 1999 to 2005. At the university, Gryta Balseryte obtained a Master's degree in Law, focusing on that field of study.
