Jessica Casaubon has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jessica started their career as a Resident Assistant at Rivier University from August 2006 to May 2008, where they assessed and responded to the needs of residents and implemented various programs. In August 2008, they joined O'Connor Studios as a Customer Service Manager, where they managed customer service objectives and employee performance until May 2014. From August 2010 to November 2010, they worked as a Receptionist at Pro Sports Therapy, greeting patients and maintaining the reception area. Since May 2014, Jessica has been working at Gemline, initially as a Customer Service Representative and then progressing to roles such as Inside Sales Representative, Inside Sales Supervisor (managing a team and executing sales strategies), Regional Sales Manager, and currently as an Outbound Sales Manager. In their roles at Gemline, they focused on sales activities, territory management, achieving sales quotas, developing presentations, participating in trade shows, and managing customer relationships.

Jessica Casaubon attended Littleton High School from 1999 to 2003, where they earned their High School Diploma. Jessica then went on to study at Rivier University from 2003 to 2008. During their time at Rivier University, Jessica pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
