Pam Stauffer

Director of Design at Gemline

Pam Stauffer has a strong background in design and product management. Pam started their career as a Footwear Design Intern at Reebok in 1993, where they were awarded an internship and later offered a footwear designer position at Stride Rite Corporation. At Stride Rite, they worked as a Footwear Designer for Women's products, developing product concepts and graphics, and contributing to the growth of the Keds Champion CVO Sneaker. In 1999, they joined Reebok as a Footwear Designer for Kids and Women's Classics, delivering clear vision and innovative products. Pam then moved on to Converse in 2003, where they held various roles, including Designer for CTAS Kids, Senior Designer for Kids, and Design Director for Kids Footwear. Pam played a key role in building seasonal strategies, collaborating with design leadership, and managing designers. During their time at Converse, Pam led initiatives that tripled the Kids' business in size and created new product designs. Since 2016, Pam has been working at Gemline, where they have held roles such as Design Manager, Manager of Product Management, Director of Product Management, and currently serves as the Director of Design.

Pam Stauffer attended Emmaus High School from 1984 to 1988. Pam then pursued their Bachelor of Industrial Design (BID) degree with a focus on Industrial and Product Design at Syracuse University from 1988 to 1993. In 1992, they also studied Architecture & Industrial Design at Denmark's International Studies, DIS Copenhagen.
