Ramon Salsas Escat

Ramon Salsas Escat is an experienced professional in the biotechnology and gene therapy sectors, currently serving as the Chief Business Officer at Gemma Biotherapeutics. Previously, Ramon held the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development at G2 Bio and served as Executive Director of Business Development for the Gene Therapy Program at the University of Pennsylvania, where progression through various leadership roles was achieved. Additionally, Ramon has worked as a Gene Therapy Business Development and Strategy Consultant and held R&D business strategy positions at Esteve. Ramon holds a PhD in Computational and Systems Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and completed an advanced program at IESE Business School.
