Joshua Gerlach

Joshua Gerlach is an accomplished professional in project management and controls, currently serving as the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) at Gemma Power Systems, LLC since January 2023. Gerlach has extensive experience in the field, having held the position of Principal at Janka Project Controls LLC since October 2018, and previously worked as the Director of Production Planning at Schuff Steel from July 2020 to January 2023. Earlier roles include Manager of Project Controls at Gemma Power Systems from October 2011 to July 2020 and Project Coordinator at Black Horse Group in 2011. Gerlach began their career as a Construction Management Intern at C&S Engineers, Inc. from May 2010 to August 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and an Associate of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology, both from SUNY Canton.
