Steven Ray has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as Project HSE Manager at Gemma Power Systems, LLC since August 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing safety programs for a gas-fired power plant construction project. Previously, Steven held the position of HSE Manager at Chicago Bridge & Iron, focusing on the administration of safety programs and daily operations. Steven's earlier career includes serving as EHS Manager at The Shaw Group, where management of EHS teams across multiple sites was key, and as a Carpenter/Trainer for the United Brotherhood of Carpenters, developing training programs for construction safety. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Eastern Kentucky University, complemented by studies in Criminal Justice at Ohio University.
