Yael Harrosh

Yael Harrosh is currently the Chief Executive Officer of GemmaCert as of June 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Global Chief Operations and Legal Officer at IM Cannabis from January 2022 to June 2023, and before that was the General Counsel, Business Manager, and Corporate Secretary at IM Cannabis from November 2018 to January 2022. From 2016 to 2018 they served as the Deputy CEO and Legal Advisor at Promarket Group, and from 2015 to 2016 was a Legal Associate at AYR - Amar Reiter Jeanne Shochatovitch & Co. Yael also has experience as a Legal Intern at Gornitzky & Co from 2014 to 2015 and a Professional Basketball Player at Elitzur Holon and ASA Jerusalem - Division 1, Women Basketball from 2006 to 2014. From 2011 to 2013, they were an Editorial Member of "Hukim" Journal on Legislation at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and also served as the Head Coordinator of Sports Department in 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they served as an Operations Sergeant in the Gaza Division of the Israel Defense Forces from 2007 to 2009.

Yael Harrosh pursued their undergraduate studies in Law and Psychology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2010 and 2014. In 2015, they received their License to practice Law from the Israeli Bar Association. Yael also holds a Basketball Coach certification from The Wingate Congress of Exercise and Sport Sciences - The Academic College at Wingate. Yael obtained a certificate in the Board of Directors course from פורום נשים בתעשייה - קהילת המנהלות.
