Dr. Shivani Gupta

Dr. Shivani Gupta is a seasoned professional in the field of psychology, currently serving as Faculty in Psychology and Subject Lead at GEMS Education since August 2022. Previously, Dr. Gupta worked as a Psychology Teacher at New Academy School from January 2021 to July 2022, and as a Clinical Psychologist at Bohra Diagnostic Centre between July 2017 and July 2018. With a strong clinical focus on various psychological and psychiatric disorders, Dr. Gupta's expertise includes psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, relational and marital therapy, and psychoeducation. Earlier roles include Psychology Teacher and Counsellor at Dewan Public School - India from August 2014 to June 2017, where Dr. Gupta was responsible for life skills education, student counseling, and facilitating teacher training programs, as well as providing psychological assessments. Additionally, Dr. Gupta served as a Psychologist/Counselor at Army Public School for the 2012-2013 academic year, addressing individual student needs through assessments and extracurricular activities.
