Shilpa Unnikrishnan

Shilpa Unnikrishnan has extensive experience in school facilities management and client relations, currently serving as Assistant Manager, School Facilities at GEMS Education since April 2021. Prior roles include Client Relation Executive at Excel Plus Technical Services, Branch Coordinator at Velocity School Bus Transportation, and Service Delivery Executive at School Transport Services LLC, where Shilpa demonstrated strong communication and operational management skills. Shilpa also brought valuable customer service expertise from positions at Jaro Education and LG Electronics. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from CMR Institute of Technology and a BCom in Finance and Taxation from Mahatma Gandhi University, complemented by an IOSH certification in Health, Safety, and Environment obtained in January 2023.
