Mariana Pinto

Mariana Pinto is an experienced educator currently serving as an ELL Specialist Teacher at GEMS International School - Al Khail since August 2022. Prior to this role, Mariana worked at Stamford American International School in Singapore for over six years in various capacities, including Grade 4 Homeroom Teacher for inclusive and SEAL classes, as well as long-term substitute teacher and teaching assistant. Mariana holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Early Childhood Education from Monash University, complemented by a Tesol certification from Eton Institute in Dubai and various degrees in International Relations, Economics, and European Studies. Mariana's diverse professional background also includes language tutoring and management of retail shops in the health and beauty sector.
