Vinayak C Mahtani is an accomplished entrepreneur and CEO with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Since January 2018, Vinayak has led bnbme holiday homes by hoteliers, establishing a luxury property management firm in the UAE and India, overseeing a team of over 70 personnel. Alongside this role, Vinayak serves as a Board Member at Radiant Hospitality and is a Local Advisory Board Member at GEMS Modern Academy, contributing to bridging gaps between non-hospitality professionals and the industry. Vinayak is also an active member of YPO and the Entrepreneurs' Organization. Previous experience includes a leadership role at Unique Precise International Ltd, providing a one-stop hospitality solution, and a successful venture in the footwear industry as Managing Director of Vi-Ga. Educational qualifications include a BA Hons in International Business and Finance from Richmond the American University and a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacture and Design Footwear Technology from the University of Leicester.
