Alex H.

Alex H. currently serves as Head of IB Strategy and Partnerships and Head Of Upper School at GEMS Wellington International School, overseeing the admission, academic progress, and well-being of 240 students in Dubai, UAE. With a long-standing position at the International Baccalaureate since January 2015, Alex also contributes as an IBEN Site Visitor and Online Workshop Facilitator, developing professional development programs for the organization. Prior experience includes roles at GEMS Wellington Academy, where responsibilities encompassed coordination of the IBCP and teaching various business subjects, and Tadcaster Grammar School as Head of Year and Oxbridge Coordinator. Alex holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Huddersfield and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
