Dr Saima Rana

Dr Saima Rana is currently serving as the Chief Education Officer at GEMS Education and as the Chief Education Ambassador at The Varkey Foundation. She is also the Chief Executive Officer/Principal at GEMS World Academy - Dubai and the Founding Trustee at The Shahnaz Foundation. Additionally, she holds the position of Director at Peridot Leadership. Dr Rana has a PhD in Knowledge Management, Education, and Technology from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, along with various degrees in leadership, strategic projects, executive leadership, strategic innovation, artificial intelligence, and business information systems from prestigious institutions such as Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, The London School of Economics and Political Science, Nottingham University Business School, University of Roehampton, and Westminster Business School.
