Gareth Morgan

Gareth Morgan is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Secondary Assistant Principal of Teaching & Learning at GEMS World Academy in Dubai since May 2023. With a strong background in mentoring and coaching school leaders through the Best Practice Network, Gareth has been instrumental in transforming educational practices. Prior to this, Gareth held the role of Vice Principal and Head of Secondary at El Alsson School, where significant improvements in online learning protocols during the pandemic were achieved. Experience also includes senior leadership roles at the English Schools Foundation, focusing on student progress and curriculum development, and earlier positions as Year Learning Coordinator at Sydenham School and various teaching roles in ICT and Business. Gareth is pursuing a Master of Education in Educational Leadership at the University of Sydney, building on a solid foundation of previous qualifications, including a PGCE in ICT and a degree in International Relations.
