Lee F. Lowis

Lee has 40 years of experience working in various capacities from laborer, contractor, Certified Tennis Court Builder, and sales executive to senior management. Prior to joining GemSeal, Lee served as vice president and co-owner of Surface Coatings Co., which GemSeal acquired in 2012. His vast experience in the pavement maintenance industry is difficult to match. Lee is currently responsible for developing the product line and catalog, establishing storefronts and showrooms, coordinating trade shows, and managing national accounts. Lee frequently speaks at the National Pavement Expo and other national trade shows.
