Matthew Shuman

Matthew Shuman is a Managing Director at Gemspring Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm, since October 2017, where the focus is on companies with revenues up to $500 million across various industries. Previously, Matthew served as a Director at Northwestern Mutual from April 2014 to October 2017. Prior experience includes roles in finance and prime brokerage sales at RBS Global Banking & Markets, Barclays Capital, and JP Morgan Chase between 2003 and 2013. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management, completed in 2001.
