Christa Lee

Christa Lee is a Principal at Gen II Fund Services, LLC. Christa has over eighteen (18) years of accounting experience including over thirteen (13) years of experience in the private equity fund administration industry. Christa has extensive knowledge of co-investment funds, fund of funds, feeder funds, secondary funds, complex fund structures, waterfall calculations, tax accruals, and managing fund audits.

Prior to joining Gen II, Christa was a Partner at Stone Pine Accounting Services, LLC, where she managed the operational aspects of the accounting teams, directed the wire and investor database teams, acting as the primary liaison between the firm and the fund auditors, and oversaw funds with varying investment strategies and a diverse investor base. Prior to 2008, she was an auditor at Ernst & Young LLP. Christa is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Colorado. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) and a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia.
