Helen Borges

Helen Borges is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Europe at Gen II Fund Services since May 2024. Previously, Helen held key positions at Crestbridge, including Senior Manager and Resourcing Manager, from June 2020 to May 2024, and worked at Ocorian as a Resourcing Manager from January 2018 to June 2020. Earlier in the career, Helen was involved in various roles at 1st Recruitment Group in Jersey and Guernsey from March 2010 to February 2017, including Channel Islands Manager and Recruitment Manager. Helen's educational background includes a CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice from Jersey Business School and a BA Hons in Hospitality Management with Human Resources from Abertay University.
