Peter Rosenstein

Peter Rosenstein is a Principal at Gen II Fund Services, LLC. Peter has over sixteen (16) years of experience in financial services and private equity administration, including extensive experience with system automation and integration, as well as operational efficiencies.

Prior to joining Gen II, Peter was the Director of Private Equity Administration at HedgeServ where he originated, developed, and ran the firm’s private equity administration offering. Before that, Peter was a Vice President and Head of Waterfall Development at JP Morgan Private Equity & Real Estate Services. Prior to 2004, he was an auditor at Ernst & Young LLP. Peter graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis with concentrations in Accounting and Management.
