Phil Bruno

Phil Bruno is the current Chief Financial Officer at Gen II Fund Services. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer at BRUIN GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LIMITED from January 2017 to December 2017. Before that, they were a Managing Director at Credit Suisse from June 2007 to April 2017, where they led the department’s oversight of three of Credit Suisse’s global business divisions - Global Markets, Investment Banking and Capital Markets, and the Strategic Resolution Unit.

From November 1997 to May 2007, Phil Bruno was an Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase in the Finance & Business Management division for Tax-Exempt Capital Markets. And from September 1992 to October 1997, they worked as an Associate in Audit Assurance at PwC.
