Steven Millner

Steven is a Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Gen II Fund Services, LLC and has over 25 years of experience in private equity administration. Steven served as Managing Director/Co-President of BISYS Private Equity Fund Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The BISYS Group, Inc., an NYSE-listed company, which was acquired by Citigroup in 2007. Steven was a co-founder of DMLT, Inc., the developer of the leading private equity LP Reporting Portal that was acquired by eFront. Steven is a recognized authority in the field of private equity fund administration, structuring, and financial reporting.

Prior to BISYS, Steven co-founded DML, the global leader in private equity fund administration, and served as an audit manager at the international accounting firm, BDO. Steven is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive), a member of the AICPA and NYSSCPA. Steven graduated from Bentley University where he is a member of the Board of Trustees.
