Bruce Clayton

Bruce Clayton has a solid and varied work experience spanning over three decades. Bruce'smost recent role is Senior Vice President at Gen3 Marketing, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, Clayton was the Co-Founder/Director of Optimus Performance Marketing, where they worked from September 2006 to September 2022. Bruce also worked as a Freelance Market Research Analyst from 2004 to 2006 and as an Account Director at Deal Group Media in 2003. Earlier in their career, Clayton held positions such as Business Development Manager at Lycos Europe from 2000 to 2002, Sales Controller at Jazz FM from 1996 to 2000, and Sales Group Head at Television Sales and Marketing TSMS from 1990 to 1996.

Bruce Clayton attended the University of Birmingham from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Social Science (BSocSci) degree in Political Science.
