Jessica Donnelly

Jessica Donnelly has a varied and extensive work experience. Jessica is currently working as a Sr. Manager of Talent Integration at Gen4 Dental Partners, a role they started in May 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Nextiva, including Manager of Talent Management and People Business Partner, where they supported the Operations organization and collaborated with all levels of the company on people and process matters.

Before their time at Nextiva, Jessica worked at Spear Education as a Talent Development & Performance Management specialist, where they focused on employee onboarding, training programs, and performance management. Jessica also served as the VP of Client Growth & Success at Sting Marketing, where they contributed to online marketing efforts and helped clients achieve business success.

In 2013, Jessica joined Infusionsoft as a Talent Development Partner, where they assisted small businesses in implementing sales and marketing strategies to scale and increase their return on investment. Jessica also worked as a Consultant at Infusionsoft.

Jessica'searliest documented work experience dates back to 2004 when they worked as a Property Manager at MC Companies until 2010. Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated a strong commitment to talent development, performance management, and fostering inclusive and engaged cultures within organizations.

Jessica Donnelly earned their Bachelor's degree in Business and Communication from Arizona State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2009. In July 2019, they obtained a certification in Project Management Simplified from LinkedIn.
