Dr Brad Elphinstone (PhD, psychology) lectures on-campus and online at Swinburne University of Technology. Brad is a social psychologist who has published a number of peer-reviewed journal articles and presented at international conferences on how mindfulness and nonattachment contribute to autonomous motivation, greater wellbeing, and pro-social engagement.
His research also indicates that the openness, adaptability, and compassion for oneself and others that is associated with greater mindfulness is an important aspect of lifelong learning. With his knowledge of cutting-edge motivation theories, expertise in online educations, and creating environments that support human flourishing and wellbeing, Brad is well suited to help Genashtim reach its goals.
