Maszuin Kamarudin has a long history of working in customer service and logistics. Maszuin began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Sitel Australia in January 2004. Maszuin then moved to Maersk Logistics in August 2005, where they worked as a Logistics Planner until January 2007. In August 2008, they began working as an Academic at Universiti Tun Abdul Razak, where they did research and taught until May 2015. Maszuin has been with Genashtim since October 2015.
