Raj Selvaraj

Raj Selvaraj is the Process & QA Manager at Genashtim. Raj has over 20 years of experience in the engineering field, with a focus on radio and telecommunications. Raj previously worked at Motorola Solutions as an EE Section Manager from February 2009 to December 2010. In this role, they were responsible for leading the APCO 2 way portable radio MOL team and overseeing the product's life cycle. Raj was also responsible for resource management, developing performance management plans, and conducting program management functions for major design evaluations and product enhancements. In addition, Raj has experience with RF tests and compliance with TIA/EIA standards. Raj is also a Green Belt holder in Design for Six Sigma.

Raj Selvaraj has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical-Telecommunication Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Multimedia University.

Raj Selvaraj reports to Thomas Ng, Founder. They work with Nancy Ong - English Department Manager, Tripta Singh - Project Manager & Trainer, and Nadia Saidi - Executive Assistant to the CEO.
