Dilek ŞAHİN

Dilek ŞAHİN has a diverse work experience. Dilek started their career in 2012 as a Mathematics Teacher at a private school. From March 2017 to August 2017, they participated in the BilgeAdam Qualified Information Specialist Training Program in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security/İŞKUR. During this program, they focused on data analysis and reporting using Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Basic, and other programming environments. Dilek gained experience in database design, database connectivity, and detailed job analysis documentation within the field of data analysis and reporting.

After completing the training program, Dilek joined the Genbil company in September 2017 as an MS Dynamics 365 Consultant. Dilek worked in this role until September 2019 before being promoted to D365 & Power Platform Consultant. In September 2021, they became a D365 & Power Platform Senior Consultant, and in January 2023, they took on the role of Associate Project Manager | D365 & Power Platform Senior Functional Consultant at the same company.

Additionally, in 2012, they worked as a Mathematics Teacher at a private course until February 2017.

Dilek ŞAHİN completed a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics at Balıkesir University from 2008 to 2012. Before that, they attended Bağcılar High School (YDA) from 2003 to 2007, where they studied Science. Along with their academic qualifications, Dilek ŞAHİN obtained several certifications, including "Exam 461: Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014" from Microsoft in August 2017, "MEB İşkur NBUY Programı Sertifikası" from Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı in March 2017, "Veri Analizi ve Raporlama Katılım Sertifikası" from Bilge Adam in March 2017, and "PEDAGOJİK FORMASYON" from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi in September 2014.
