Mehmet Özgür Genç, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in the software industry, particularly in the field of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Mehmet Özgür co-founded Genbil Software in 1998, where they served as the Software Development Manager. After leaving Genbil Software in 2000, they worked as a Software Developer at Beko Ticaret A.S and Superonline A.S. In 2001, they joined Link Bilgisayar as an HRM Software Project Manager.

In 2004, Genç joined Veripark as the Senior Department Manager, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
