Bradley Carlos

Bradley Carlos has a diverse work experience in various companies. Bradley started their career in 2006 as a Prestige Lead at ULTA Beauty, where they managed vendor relationships and coordinated in-store events to drive business growth. In 2007, they became a Lead Business Manager at Bare Escentuals, focusing on generating and maximizing sales in their assigned district. From there, they joined Sears, Roebuck and Co. in 2011 as a Softlines Lead, where they proactively led the Softlines departments and coached associates. In the same year, they also worked as a Visual Merchandising Manager at Lands' End, responsible for managing a team, driving merchandise sales, and implementing merchandising strategies. In 2014, they became an Operations Manager at Pacific Dental Services, overseeing operations and leading the team. Bradley then joined Brookdale in 2016 as a Business Coordinator, and later moved on to Gencare Inc in 2018 as a Business Director.

From 2006 to 2010, Bradley Carlos attended the International Academy of Design & Technology in Washington, United States. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Fashion Merchandising.
