Prior to this role, Racheli was the Co-founder & Operations Manager at neta plants, a leading eCommerce platform in the houseplants and gifts deliveries industry. With experience at BJM Laboratories Ltd. as a Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Engineer, Racheli has a strong background in customer service, managing logistics, administrative processes, and ensuring quality control.
