Gordon Henley

SR Iv&v Sme/system Upgrade Government Support at Genco Systems

Gordon Henley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) and program management, primarily in government support services. Currently serving as a Senior IV&V Subject Matter Expert/System Upgrade for Genco Systems Inc. since February 2018, Gordon focuses on risk management, program governance, and earned value analysis for the OPM Trust Fund Modernization Program. Previous roles include IV&V Program Manager at Engility, where Gordon managed complex Federal NIH systems, and Program Manager at eSource Technologies, overseeing support services for the MSIX student loan system at the Department of Education. Gordon has also held project management positions for various Department of Defense initiatives and led IV&V efforts for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. With a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Gordon brings a solid educational foundation to a diverse career spanning several organizations and projects.
