Erez Dror has a diverse range of work experience in the construction industry. Erez is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of Genda, a company that provides construction site managers with real-time insights and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Prior to this, they worked at Tidhar group as a Project manager & BIM Manager, where they led major projects and was responsible for BIM implementation and various aspects of project management. Before that, Erez worked as a Structural Engineer at S.Engel Engineers LTD. and as an Assistant Superintendent at Ortam Sahar Engineering Ltd. In the earlier stages of their career, they gained experience as a Construction worker and Team leader at Mogli, Design and Construction.
Erez Dror pursued their education in civil engineering, starting with their Bachelor of Science degree at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Erez attended the university from 2011 to 2015. Building upon their undergraduate studies, Erez went on to further their academic achievements by obtaining a Master of Science degree at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Erez attended the Technion from 2015 to 2018, specializing in civil engineering.
