Helen Lii has a diverse work experience in various companies. Helen started their career at Hanwha Telecom as a Software Engineering from January 2000 to June 2002. Next, they worked at Motorola as a Senior Software Engineering from June 2002 to July 2007. Helen then joined Helio as an Application Architect from July 2007 to July 2008, before it was acquired by Virgin Mobile. At Virgin Mobile, they served as a Technical Project Manager from July 2008 to August 2009. Afterward, they joined Sprint as a Project/Program Manager from July 2007 to May 2012. Currently, they hold the position of a Principal Program Manager at NortonLifeLock since June 2012.

Helen Lii completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Korea University, where they studied from 1996 to 1999.
