Pallavi Patil

Pallavi Patil (Sharma) is a seasoned HRIS professional with extensive experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) technologies, particularly with Workday. Currently serving as Principal People Tech Analyst at Gen™ since November 2022 and as Principal HRIS Analyst at NortonLifeLock since June 2021, Pallavi has managed end-to-end processes in payroll integration and customized business processes. Previous roles include Sr. HRIS Analyst at NortonLifeLock and HRIS Analyst at Symantec, where Pallavi led Workday version upgrade projects, handled complex integrations, and provided training and support for HR systems. Pallavi began the career as an HR Coordinator and has consistently contributed to process enhancements and employee support throughout various positions. Pallavi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from IMR Jalgaon.
