Tao Chen has extensive work experience, starting in 2004 and spanning multiple companies. They began their career as an Accounting Manager at Japan Inspection and Quarantine Office. In 2005, they moved on to work as an Accounting Manager at Dongfang, where they also served as an interpreter for Japanese clients and managed projects. In 2006, Tao Chen joined Symantec as a Principal Support Operations Specialist. They were responsible for various tasks such as assisting with the establishment of support centers and managing projects. They also provided technical support and collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve performance and enhance customer experience. In the same year, Tao Chen also began working at NortonLifeLock in the same role, where they continued to handle technical escalations and provide global support. They maintained strong relationships with various teams and contributed to reducing incoming volume and improving key performance indicators. Tao Chen remained with Symantec until 2020, while their role at NortonLifeLock continues to the present.
Tao Chen attended Rikkyo University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in English. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their education, including COPC from COPC Inc. in 2017, 6 Sigma from a institution called "通用电气" in 2005, CET-6 in English in 2003, and JLPT-1 in Japanese in 2000.
